On the "coastal circuit" which was bl*ody tough as it has no straights whatsoever, therefore difficult to get the power down and always trying to turn 200kg+ of Moto Guzzi without a rest, ok on a 250 I guess. All about turning, brakes, and very short acceleration, er, you can see the problem.

However, class win got £2.99 trophy and, along with Scary Boy on the VT (all corners so he was pretty loony quick) and the X7 boys ere ahead of a couple of the class we were mixed in with. That class being steel frame and pre-injection 600's (yep, X7's, VT500 and a Guzzi ahead of a couple of CBR600's and R6's in the dry, this also illustrates the twisty nature of the circuit).

Minor bike problems meant 2 x DNF's (frustrating, but not a big issue as well ahead in the championship)
